There is still a gender pay gap between men & women and it’s not narrowing fast enough to meet the rising costs of living each year. And even though the dietetics profession is comprised of over 90% women, we are still making less than our male counterparts.
According to a recent article in Forbes magazine, the gender pay gap is narrowing at such a slow rate that it’ll be 2059 before we see equal pay. Whoa!
